I have been experiencing a lot of problems with the SunPass payment system. I have an old account and a new account. I paid both with a money order in the same envelope. Somehow, the payment for the old account got lost.
I am very upset because I feel I am being double-billed at the tolls.
I have spoken with a SunPass supervisor about this matter and he said it would be taken care of. I am still receiving mail stating that I owe the money. Can you help?

A.We contacted Sonyha Rodriguez-Miller, a public information officer at SunPass. She said your old account was credited as a courtesy and closed and that, at your request, you were mailed a letter stating as much. You are happy that the issue has been resolved.
